Background
Our client returned for their annual health assessment, reporting that they were in good health.
Clinical findings
During their annual health assessment, our client’s PSA blood test results deviated from the predicted trend.
Next steps
A referral was made for our client to see a Urologist who carried out further investigations including a prostate biopsy which revealed a localised prostate cancer. A total prostatectomy (removal of the prostate) followed and we are delighted to hear that our client made a successful recovery and the tumour was detected and removed before it could spread.
