Preventicum remains committed to the safety and well-being of our clients, and wishes to provide a personal service.

We waited until we were able to provide PHE approved testing and only then launched our online postal tests last week. We were informed yesterday that all UK Pathology labs are pausing postal testing from this week as the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) are doing a review of all postal kits which use finger pricked capillary sampling to compare accuracy with results from venous sampling. The internal lab verifications have to date yielded similar results from testing both ways. We hope to have the outcome and recommendations from MHRA very soon.

In line with all UK suppliers, we have therefore been forced to immediately suspend postal kits online and will only be offering this for now as venous sampling with our health assessments at our Chancery Lane Clinic when we reopen on 5th June. Any kits already posted will still be analysed by TDL in the same way and I will write to every client with their encrypted results letters sent directly by email.

Following the outcome of the MHRA review, we will contact each client who has purchased a postal kit to update them accordingly.
