Dr John Roegner is originally from Michigan and underwent his pre-medical studies at the University of Michigan and at Harvard University. He then graduated in medicine from Michigan State University and completed his specialty training in Family Practice at Georgetown University in 2006, where he was Chief Resident.

John has a wide degree of medical experience having worked in many settings both in the United States and the UK covering the full scope of General Practice.

John has always had a strong interest in travel and has previously worked in Malawi, Africa and in Melbourne, Australia and New Zealand.

He has been a Preventicum doctor since 2014.

When he is not working he spends most of his free time in Sri Lanka where he is a part owner of an organic tea farm. John also enjoys running, hiking, swimming and great food.
