Your health assessments, evolved.
At Preventicum, we continually strive to refine our health assessments to ensure they offer the most advanced insights. As we look to 2026, we are introducing several updates to our assessments, alongside the launch of our new website, redesigned to make it easier to explore what we offer.
Below, you can explore the new additions to each assessment, including a Mole Check, VO2max testing, enhanced cardiac blood tests and grip strength. Together, these updates reflect our commitment to early detection and prevention to give you the most extensive understanding of your health.
We are committed to gold standard preventive health and are therefore discontinuing our tonometry (intraocular pressure) test. We advise all clients to book regular optometrist appointments, where full eye examinations provide a more detailed evaluation of your ocular health.

ApoA, ApoB, ApoB : ApoA ratio and Lp(a) blood tests
These specialist tests have been added exclusively to our Optimal and Optimal+ Assessments to provide deeper insights into cardiovascular risk. In addition to our existing Lp-PLA2 test which measures artery inflammation, ApoA reflects protective ‘good’ cholesterol, ApoB shows the number of harmful cholesterol particles andLp(a) identifies inherited heart risk. Together, these advanced markers offer a clearer picture of cardiovascular health and can help guide early prevention or treatment.

Mole Check
Our Consultant Dermatologist will perform a full-body mole examination using a dermatoscope to identify skin cancers such as melanomas, squamous cell carcinomas and basal cell carcinomas with immediate feedback and advice.

VO2max
Using advanced seismocardiography and AI to analyse your heart’s mechanical vibrations, we use a Seismofit® Sensor to deliver a precise VO₂max estimate in under three minutes.

Grip strength
Hand grip strength has been added to your detailed body composition analysis. It is a valuable measure in assessing sarcopenia and overall muscle function with research showing that grip strength is also an indicator of overall health and longevity.
