We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Ying-Young Hui as Medical Director of Preventicum from 2nd May 2023.

Dr Hui graduated from King’s College London Medical School in 2010  whilst also completing a BSc in Pharmacology where he was awarded first class honours. After qualifying, Dr Hui worked in London’s NHS trusts across Acute Medicine, Gynaecology and ENT. He completed his GP training in 2015 and has extensive experience working within the NHS and in the private sector. Dr Hui’s private healthcare experience includes supporting corporate clients at Health Management in the City and BUPA. He is also an appointed Panel Physician for the US and Canadian embassies in London and holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Medicine.

Dr Hui joined our team of GPs in 2021 and is passionate about the benefits that preventive medicine and lifestyle management can have on client’s physical and psychological wellbeing.

Outside of work, Dr Hui enjoys swimming, horology and following motorsport and he loves spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Everyone at Preventicum is excited that Dr Hui has moved into this new role, which will combine clinical and leadership responsibilities.  Dr Hui will continue to see clients for their health assessments as well as work on new projects including clinical developments to ensure Preventicum remains at the cutting edge of private, preventive healthcare.
