Dr Rai graduated as a doctor from Kings College London in 2010. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition whilst studying medicine. She then went on to complete her training as a General Practitioner in central London.
She currently works in both NHS and private General Practice and has a keen interest in preventative medicine and lifestyle management of disease. Her other interests include women’s health, for which she has further accreditation from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and also skin health for which she is currently working towards a diploma.
She has a background in medical education involving both teaching and examining medical students and she volunteers as a mentor to young women. In all of these roles Dr Rai enjoys being able to contribute in a positive way to the health and general well being of others.
